Benefit Specialist Program
The Benefit Specialist Program provides advocacy and assistance
to Douglas County residents 60 years and older, under the direction
of CWAG (Coalition
of Wisconsin
Aging Groups Elder Law Center).
The Benefit Specialist for the Aging Resource Center for Douglas County
is
Rhoda Nagorski.
The Benefit
Specialists assists with legal needs concerning public benefits
such as
Medicare, Medicare Part D, and a variety of other issues
relating to public benefits.
The Benefit Specialist also assists with grievance and appeals
procedures and can
act
as an appointed representative.
The Benefit Specialist is available
Monday through Thursday from
8:00 a.m. to
4:30 p.m. There is no fee for Benefit Specialist services. To arrange an appointment with the Benefit Specialist, please call
