Family Caregiver Support Program
The National Family Caregiver Support Program of Douglas County
offers a variety of services to help support caregivers. This includes
information and assistance, caregiver support, supportive services,
limited respite care and caregiver education.
The Program also sponsors an annual Caregivers Conference.
The Family Caregiver Support Program collaborates with other
Programs in Douglas County. One of these Programs is Memory
Lane, an adult day service that provides programming and activities
to individuals that they may maintain their independence and also
socialize with other older adults.
