Senior and Caregiver Information & Assistance

The purpose of Information and Assistance is to educate and link seniors and caregivers to programs and services available in Douglas County.

If you have a question regarding caregiving, medical, legal, housing, or financial issues a Certified Information and Assistance Specialist will help you locate the appropriate agency and service.

This service is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Information and assistance is free and confidential.
